This is the top service we offer. MB1 Suspension is designed for the rider who wants and demands the most in both
performance and reliability of their suspension. Information is gathered and applied to a large data computer software
network from hours of testing, data with riders of all abilities and ages. Whether its supercross, motocross, off-road or
supermoto, desert, gncc, freestyle, flat-track, or road race. This service includes customizing it to your
size, your weight, terrain, and your riding ability. All our Data information goes into this revalve service. The
target is to provide a plush setting on small bumps but become progressive as the suspension compresses into the stroke.
First, Correct valve settings and spring rates are chosen for the customer with a quality level of
service. Your components are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Fork Tubes and Shock shafts are also polished.
All worn parts are replaced during the inspection process. The components are then assembled correctly with proper torque
specs and genuine Oem Fluid that is imported from Japan is used upon assembly. After all the work is completed, your
suspension is then put on the Suspension dyno to be checked for consistency in our valve settings and break-in procedures.
